What was best practice in 2020 doesn't automatically apply in 2025, especially when more connected controls make diagnostics both easier and more complicated. But the fundamentals haven't changed. Heat transfer still depends on clean surfaces and proper water flow. Compressors still fail early when they're forced to do the work that poor maintenance should have prevented.
